The hint of peppery Asian flavor separates this sauce from the others. Great BBQ sauce is easy to find in this area (Memphis, N MS). Bootsies Sweet and Smokey measures up well to the area's tough competition and adds a surprising, tasty twist. Each to their own taste but I'd recommend trying this.
This Sweet & Smokey sauce is my personal favorite. It has tones similar to Sweet Baby Rays without any of the fillers (which I don't want to consume). Want a little extra heat, mix in some of that hot as funk to get a little extra funk with this sweet & smokey sauce.
